Power Profiler "Cannot find calibration values"

Hi, I have set up the Power Profiler as per the directions now on the step connecting the board to the Wiindows Python app it says "Cannot find calibration values" and the app quits. I cannot get beyond this step. Any suggestions ? Thanks for the help.

    I just re-flashed it and I got this when I stated up PPK. (HOW DO YOU ENTER PREFORMATTED CODE - Tried the icon and typed 

     and neither worked)

    Z:\Public\PI\nRF6707 Power Profiler Kit - Software files 1_0_0>python ppk.py

    Checking installed packages pyside: 1.2.4 pyqtgraph: 0.10.0 numpy: 1.11.3 pynrfjprog: 9.0.0 Warning: The software is tested with PyQtGraph 0.9.10, and may not work with you r version (0.10.0) Warning: The software is tested with np 1.9.2, and may not work with your versio n (1.11.3) Power Profiler Kit started, initializing... Initialization failed, could not read calibration values.
