backward compatible Beacon kit

One thing I want to ask that does your nordic Beacon chip can support Bluetooth 2,0 as well ?

I mean is it backward compatible

So if we need solution or chip which can support both bluetooth LE and bluetooth classic then what would be your recommendations ?

Sorry, I'm not working with combo chips so I have nothing to add. Nordic don't supply combo chips either (as far as I know) so I don't expect any recommendations from their employees. Hopefully you get some hints from the community here...
