Eclipse projects in future SDK?

Will future versions of the SDK include example projects for Eclipse alongside the Keil, GCC and IAR projects?

  • I seriously doubt it. They are already having to support Keil, GCC and IAR. If there was support added for anything else I'd expect it to be SES. There are far too many varieties, configuration and setup differences between any two installs of Eclipse (which is half the problem with it) to come up with reliable projects which build under every variety. Apart from that, Eclipse isn't really an embedded design platform, so it wouldn't be a natural thing to provide projects for.
