Do we have any other packages for Nrf58420, other than QIAA?

Hello, the current QIAA package is rather demanding on the manufacutring and significantly increases our cost, are there any alternatives? I failed to find any in the datasheet.

Hi,

Currently, there are only the QIAA package available. Note that the nRF52840 is still only available in engineering samples and is not production ready yet. The reason for the change in package is the increased GPIO count and additional peripherals like USB, etc. For questions about packages, please contact your regional sales manager.
