Can I configure security parameters my own way?

I read some BLE profile but there are not explain about security configuration.

And I tested by using PCA10028, iPhone4s(ios9), iPhone5s(iso10) and ANSC example.

iPhone5s was connected but not paired when SEC_PARAM_LESC is 1.

but iPhone4s was connected and paired although SEC_PARAM_LESC is 1.

why is this happenning?

remainder of configurations are the same..

What do you mean by configuring the security parameters your own way? Setting SEC_PARAM_LESC to 1? What is it that you want to achieve? What example are you using? What SDK and SoftDevice version?

I'm using ANSC example. And I'm not trying to achieve something, But just wonder about security setting and meanings.

I'm using SDK 11.0 and softdevice s130.

The only example in SDK 11.0.0 that supports LESC is the BLE LE Secure Connections multirole example, so setting SEC_PARAM_LESC to 1 when LESC is not supported is not recommended.

I'm not sure why you see different behavior with the two iOS deivces, sniffer traces could shed some light on it though.
