app function interrupted by SoftDevice

My function need a time window to get value from sensor,but the prcess always interrupted by SD.I know that the priority of SD is higher than app functions. So how can get a freetime to run my function and make it not be interrupted by SoftDevice? --------Nrf52832 s132

If you have a task that you need to do uninterrupted of SoftDevice activity, you should set up a timeslot. See the tutorial Setting up the Timeslot API.
