OTA receiver test for mfg

My nRF52 device is an asset tracker and does not have a comm port. I have been looking at a BLE dongle setup for manufacturing test but the results are not repeatable with different dongles from the same vendor providing up to 10 dB of variation. Also, it only provides transmitter test and no verification of my receiver.

What can people recommend for more repeatable OTA parametric measurements including receiver test that don’t require comm port or DTM? TX power and simple PER would be sufficient. Thanks,

I am afraid that I do not know of any dongles that does what you describe.

However, I know that LitePoint make OTA testers that support BLE, here is a link to the relevant tester. However, I expect that it is fairly expensive compared to a dongle.
