hello guys, i am new in nrf micro-controller. I want to get data from my smartphone and want to write in memory of nrf51822 through BLE. when written process in memory is successful, i want to read again on my phone. please give me suggestion about this.

Take a look at the UART example code in the SDK

in examples/ble_peripheral/ble_app_uart

and also the UART App, where the source code on github e.g. github.com/.../Android-nRF-UART

You would need to adapt this to suit your needs but its a good place to start
