nRF51822 use SD130 not support defined NRF_SD_BLE_API_VERSION ？ I want use nRF51822 exchange MTU request, how to do?

It's a bug, it's not listed in e.g. the corresponding PDF document here. If you need Configurable ATT MTU, you need to use nRF52.
