Quick start Nordic Semiconductor

I just got nRF52 DEVELOPMENT KIT and NRF51822 BEACON KIT.

Can you tell me that where I can find the reference design for them and what could be the good starting point to have good hand on experience on your product for the product development.

Go to Nordic Infocenter, find your product in the left menu and read everything. Also read Tutorials section on this Developer Zone and some resources are downloadable upon registration on main Nordic web site.
