This isn't something I've tested, but I wound not expect this to be possible. As far as I can see, this debugger uses some proprietary communication protocol between the debugger and the chip, that the nRF51 series of devices does not support.
We normally recommend using J-Link debuggers with our devices, but in principle, any SWD compliant debugger should be possible to get working. The nRF51822 Development Kit comes with a debugger that can also be used with custom boards, as long as the custom boards runs at ~3.3 V.
