Not sure I do understand your question but if you want to generate some sort of pulse of given Voltage and current on nRF5x then you can use PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) or simple GPIO which will alter between LOW (0V) and HIGH (typically 3V3 or similar depending on your power voltage). By having stable reference Voltage and putting certain resistance on GPIO line you should get desired current.
