I want my nrf51 to be in peripheral mode and it should able to receive data from mobile(central mode) in short I want nrf51 as peripheral client, is there any sample example in sdk11 which can do this, if not then is there a way to achieve it?

Hi, 
 I recommend taking a look at the ble_app_uart example .
It’s located in the folder <SDK_InstallFolder>\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_uart 
On the smartphone side, use the UART module in the nRF Toolbox app . 
 You should also take a look at the Getting started with the nRF5 development kit tutorial.
