Yes it will change. It's called the preview DK because .. err .. it's a preview. It uses the first engineering samples of the chip with quite a few issues (that's usual at that stage of development). When the first production chips come out there will be a new board with the final chip, the board will probably be very similar, but the chip will be a production version with fewer errata.

I have no idea - there were some posts somewhere about the expected availability of the final chip - try the search function. The dev kit will probably be available around that time.
