I'm struggling to get a mouse wheel to work in advanced (High Res) mode.
What I learned so far is that I should create a "Resolution Multiplier" Feature report. So I did. But I'm obviously missing something here as the computer keeps handeling my wheel indents with normal scroll movements (1 or 3 rows depending on the windows setting).
There should be a document describing how to make advanced wheel communication:

But that document seems not te be available anymore or there is something wrong with the site.
Is this document "Wheel.docx" available somewhere else?
Is there someone who had experience with advanced wheel support and can give me some pointers what to do to get high res scrolling working?
