I need to calculate the battery life of cr1632. For the calculation I need to know what is:
-Average Current consumption of device? (nrf51822 Bluetooth smart beacon kit)
Energy capacity (mAH)? (cr1632 coin cell battery)
Battery lifetime (AH/A)?

The typical capacity of Energizer's CR1632 is 130mAh. Check the datasheet for more detail.
The reason for specifying the vendor is that the capacity is slightly different, which can be a trivial issue, from each vendor.
View other vendor's CR1632 data for comparison.
Unfortunately, the members of this forum cannot calculate the average current for you since we don't have your custom application.
Even though you haven't changed the application firmware inside the beacon kit, not every member in here don't have the beacon kit.
You need a power measuring tools. I use the Monsoon Power Monitor to check the battery life.
So this is my suggestion;
Borrow or buy a power measuring tool and connect it with the beacon kit.
Then you can check the battery life.
