Nordic NRF52 Demo not working

Hi,

I am new to Nordic product and I have NRF52 DK. I have started reading this document

www.nordicsemi.com/.../Getting-started-with-the-nRF52-Development-Kit

However, the demo program there are not working. When I send the .hex file to JLINK then after restart the DK does not goes to Advertisment mode and LED does not blink.

Can you help me in this matter ?

Use nRFGo studio, connect the board, choose it in the studio, choose program softDevice, navigate to the desired (and correct) .hex file, choose it and click 'program', after that the desired .hex file should be programmed to the board.

In order to use some application from the examples, open it with Keil, build the application and then load it to the board.

That guide requires a phone with NFC reader ability to wake the chip up and then connect. Don't get started with that. Try this.
