SDR with nRF9E5

I'd like to know if it's possible to use this chip to analyze the spectrum in the range of 800MHz 1GHz, and if it's possible to capture raw data. With the information of the datasheet it seems not but I don't know if there are extended modes to do this.

No, unfortunately that's not possible. The nRF9E5 doesn't have any "direct mode".
