ULINKpro Keil -> Cannot access memory

Hi. I have an NRF52DK Board. With the built in JLINK Debugger it works fine. Now i bougt an KEIL ULINKpro Debugger. Is connected with the 10 Pin cable. And i cannot flash the Firmware. It gives this Error.

This are my settings:

Last picture: RAM for Algorithm looks bogus. Try using Start 0x20008000 Size 0x8000 to access normal SRAM.

You may need to change this if some RAM blocks are disabled.
