I want to analyze the power consumption of connection parameter update procedure. How can i get a detailed description about the packet flow of it ? for example, the packet flow of connection establishment is showed in the pic belowed. Can i get a similar pic about connection parameter update procedure?

We have some Message Sequence Charts showing the Connection Update Procedure (Central Connection Parameter Update and Peripheral Connection Parameter Update).

For more details, you will have to take look at the Bluetooth specification, e.g Version 4.2 [Vol 6, Part B], Chapter 5.1.1 Connection Update Procedure. You can also do a sniffer trace, so that you can see the on-air packets yourself.
