nRF8001 SDK: Which 3rd Party MCUs does it support?

Hi Nordic Team, In one of our application, we need to interface BT HCI chip with Host MCU(Cortex M4 based). Below are the application profiles we need support for:

1. Audio Profiles - A2DP/A3DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP
2. CMSIS compliant software modules
3. Two prominent use cases - Voice Call and Music Playback

Can I consider nRF8001 as peripheral chipset? If so, which host Cortex M3/4 MCU are supported in its SDK? The HOST MCU preference is some ST MCU.

What would be the cost for nRF8001 SDK?

There are few forums that discuss nRF8001 shortcomings and thus a release for Arduino based SDK? Please highlight more about the shortcomings and its stack availability for STM Cortex M3/4 MCU.

Noted. I just noticed that BT or EDR is not supported in nRF8001. Any other solution from Nordic that is Dual Mode transceiver?
