ERROR OCCURS WHEN TESTING UART nus service on a nrf52832 custom board UART APP SHOWS LIKE THIS device doesn't support UART WHEN I TRYING TO CONNECT WITH MY DEVICE. PLZZ HELP image description

NOW IT'S WORKING .....THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE...YES IT'S SHOWS IN nRF-Connect....i thinks problem is in soldering issue..

Thanks for your suggestion , i resolder both nrf52 and crystals, now its working on both clock source NRF_CLOCK_LF_SRC_RC and NRF_CLOCK_LF_SRC_XTAL. But till now some phones like iphone 5s where not responding with my device...whether it depends on ppm / pcb antenna ???...these phones working fine with nrf52 dk and bmd300..
