nrf51822 is not getting detect

hello eveyone ,

i want to program 51822 but getting errors . I am attaching screenshots . please see the attachments

yeah sure. in the image on right hand side usb is connected to pc at one ed and another end is connected to j-link lite cortex m and which is connected to pca10004 (nrf51822) using 10 pin connecter.
