Size Limit / File Type restrictions for upload?

In another question I wanted to edit my question by uploading a .zip file of 9.6MB size, what didn't work.

So is that a bug or a safety feature?

If you want to minimize the size of a project to upload, delete the the build files* before uploading a project. Build files: files generated during a build.

Yes, the limit is 100 MB.

Ok, so then the only conclusion is: Your website has a bug. I tried to upload in Chrome and Firefox, none of it worked. Uploading images via the "image" icon works though. Could you please address this problem to your IT department? Also, please send me your email address that I can send you my project files in this way.
