Do I need to solder the center PAD in QFN24 package to GND?

found in the datasheet:

For the nRF24LE1 QFN48 7×7mm and QFN32 
5×5mm connect the die pad to GND. For 
nRF24LE1 QFN24 4×4mm do not connect the die 
pad to GND
