i have run the experimental ble app blinky from sdkand this run successfully ,is there any tutorial available ??? i can't understand the code how its work ??

Part two of this video tutorial contains a code walkthrough, I would recommend you to take a look at it. The walkthrough was made with SDK 11, but the newer versions of the SDK are quite similar SDK 11.
