Hi. I need high data transmission rate(>500 KBps) over a long range(about 1000 m). Can you suggest me the best device according to my req.

The best chip Nordic can provide for high speeds and long range is the nRF52840. 500 kilo bits per seconds is possible at short range. 500 kilo bytes per second is not possible, just to be clear on that. 1000 meter range though, is a stretch. It is theoretically possible with a clear line of sight and no interference. However, to achieve that kind of range you will have to reduce the throughput, so 500kbps and 1000m range is not possible.
