nRF52832 chip revisions

Hi!

I got a bit confused about the revisions in the nRF52832 documentation. I'd like to know if there are multiple hardware versions of nRF52832 (or nRF52-DK) in the market. Specifically, should I have a recently manufactured chip, if I want to make the most of it (including BT 5.0)? To me, it seems there's only one production release hardware version, and all the revisions relate only to the documentation. Is this correct?

Hi Meea,

It's not confusing at all, here is clear table for nRF52 DK boards. The only difference between nRF52 chip revisions are known bugs/limitations as tracked in Errata list. As you can see Eng. C is very close to Rev 1 but I would recommend to stick with the production one. However then there is only one production revision of nRF52832 silicon so far so there is no other choice than using Rev 1;)
