nRFgo studio and nRF8002 error when programming

Hi. I am using a nRF8002 DK, and i am working with nRFgo Studio for 64 bits, in a windows 7 and windows 8 computers (for testing of the error purposes). I am having serious troubles to get my slave device (nRF2748) programmed. The software shows this error message:

and the error log is:

So... do you know how fix this error?

One last question. I am a recently graduated Engineer from Colombia, and we are no so advanced in hardware developing. Mi question is: when you are developing an embedded hardware, with a PIFA, ¿is too critical use a network analyzer to get the antenna and balun tunned? or is not important?

Updating this tread with the solution from the support forum: Did you ever succesfully upload the configuration to these Development Kits? And did you try to upload the configuration to OTP? Note that OTP is one time programable memory. When you write a configuration to this, the chip will boot directly to the application and it will not be possible to program it any more, ref the product specification. I did a quick test trying to program a chip with setup in OTP, and I get the same error message as you do...
