Hello i want to buy automotive grade 1 BLE chip , i has find but i cant find yet it. so please anybody tell where i should find it??

Hi,

The nRF51824 is automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified (Grade 2: -40 to +105°C). You can find more information about this chip here and here. You can buy the chip from our distributors listed here.

Unfortunately we don't have any AEC-Q100 grade 1 chips (-40 to +125°C).
