Hi,

All functions with a sd_-prefix is softdevice calls. The source code of these functions are not available to the user, as this is protected property of Nordic Semiconductor. The softdevice is delivered as hex-file, together with header files defining the functions. You can find the header files in the SDK in the directory:

[SDK ROOT]\components\softdevice\s13x\headers

You can find the API documentation of the softdevices in our infocenter.
