Any idea about this error ?

Fatal error: C3906U: Malformed via file '._build\dfu_ble_svc.__i'. 
 , I have in many files,, i can't compile the project !!

I find the problem. It is confusing because it didn't show up before...
The problem was in the nomination, the project is under a directory having the special character " ' " in its name.
