Is there any impact for RF performance (TX power and sensitivity) if we are using 1.8V supply voltage instead of 3.0V for nRF52832?

Per the Nordic datasheet the 52832's full RF performance is available for system voltages to 1.8V. The radio runs at 1.3V which the internal DC/DC or internal LDO derives from your system voltage.
However, you should make sure that the ripple on your supply is very low, especially during a Tx burst since any system voltage below 1.7V will trigger a brownout reset.
