nRFgo Studio installation error

Hi,all installating nRFgo studio is fail.what is problem? nrfgo studio is 1.19 or 1.21,all is fail. i uinstalling nRfgo studio too. image description

hi,i have another question,when i use nrfpjrop.exe,but it note: JLinkARM.dll could not be located after the installation info in the registry or in the current folder.Please reinstall JlinkARM software. The nrfgostudio and mdk is normally work.
