A2DP with nRF52840

Is A2DP available with nRF52840 ? Or will it be delivered in 2017 ? Or is there any implementation of A2DP for nRF52840 elsewhere ?

Hi, A2DP is a Bluetooth Classic profile. nRF52840 (and all other Nordic devices) only support Bluetooth Low Energy, so A2DP is not supported. Best regards, Jørgen

No, Bluetooth Low Energy is completely different from Bluetooth Classic, and you will not be able to implement A2DP profile. You would not be able to communicate with any Bluetooth Classic devices supporting…

Hi,

A2DP is a Bluetooth Classic profile. nRF52840 (and all other Nordic devices) only support Bluetooth Low Energy, so A2DP is not supported.

Can we integrate A2DP to nRF52840 to transmit music? Because A2DP is not big, and comlicated, the resouces of nrf52840 is enough.
