nRFgo studio can not select nRF5x programming

Hi I am using Jlink board, when connected to my pc, I can't select nRF5x programming. Version I am using is 1.20.0.2. I tried the uninstalling everything and installing. I tried installing the newest version 1.21.2 as well but still didn't work and showed this error "jlinkarm dll not found."

Help please?
