Cannot select nRF5x Programming in nRFgo Studio

Hi I am using Jlink board(v9.3), when connected to my pc (window 7), I can't select nRF5x programming. nRFgo studio version I am using is 1.20.0.2. I tried uninstalling and installing. I tried installing the newest version 1.21.2 as well but still didn't work and showed this error "jlinkarm dll not found." Have tried nrfprog from cmd and it didn't work too, same error showed up: image description

Help please? Thanks!

  • The problem is from JLink itself not nRFgo Studio. Try uninstalling and installing the drivers for JLink. You can check if it is recognized by your computer from J-Flash or J-Flash lite. For example, if you try to connect to target from J-Flash (Target -> Connect) and the programmer is not found in your computer, it will pop up a message box: Emulator selection - No emulators connected via USB.

You can check in the JLink directory if that dll file exists: C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLink_Vxxx
