nrf52832 not connect to J-Link

Hello! I have a problem with checking the microcontroller nRF52832. J-Link does not connect to nRF52832, the screenshot of the Segger-commander window is shown below: image description

SWDIO, SWCLK, Vtref, GND are connected to the board.

Can you help me?

Don't select CORTEX-M4, select NRF52
