nrf52 unable to find or open the JLinkARM dll

I use nRFgo Studio 1.21.2.10 and J-Link V5.12f.

In nRFgo Studio I can erase my nrf52. However, programming with softdevice or application ends with error Unable to find or open the JLinkArm dll.

Note: I use some IDE and they are able to program my nrf52 using J-Link V5.12f.

I tried: Complete uninstall of nrfgo studio, tools and jlink driver, then reinstall. Nothing changed.

I remember getting this when the SWD cable connection was unstable. The error message is very misleading in that case.

Also check power stability, flash erase and programming can take some 10 mA which could be too much for a CR2032 cell once it is discarged beyond a certain point.
