I want to porting to nRF52840 but since S140 SoftDevice Specification documentation doesn't exist

I can not proceed with porintg.

I need S140's detail memory map and Hardware peripherals.

when do I get the S140 SoftDevice Specification documentation?

Hi,

I am afraid that we do not release the SoftDevice Specification for the S140 before a production ready SoftDevice has been released.

There are several application examples, e.g. ble_app_hrs, for the S140 in SKD v13.0.0 that show which Memory settings( Flash and RAM) that are needed by the SoftDevice. The hardware peripherals of the nRF5840 are listed in the nRF52840 Objective Product Specification, found here.
