nrf52 flash timeout every second attempt

Hi all,

I am using a J link to program a NRF52 via keil. It is successful but, every second program it fails with a Flash timeout error.

I am programming the application with S132 already programmed.

Any ideas on why this is and how to solve it?

Under Project Options->Debug-> Settings->Flash Download I have the options Program, verify and, Reset and Run ticked

Do you have another board for testing ?

Which example are you testing ?

Could you test with an example requires no softdevice, such as the blinky example?

Could you try to use nrfjprog to program ? You can use this syntax:

nrfjprog.exe --program your_application.hex --sectorerase -f NRF52

Hi @hungbui it seems to be something to do with my Keil project. When I program a NRF52 DK or my custom board with an example app using Keil, it works every time. However, if I program a NRF52 DK or my custom board with my app using Keil, it fails to program every second time. If i use nrfjrog to program my app, it works every time. What could be cause the problem in Keil?
