GPIOTE PORT 产生中断脉冲最短时间

我现在遇到我传感器中断周期为50ms，每个中断脉冲高电平时间保持只有10us，现在用GPIOTE PORT读取中断，会遇到没产生PORT事件。为了降低功耗，只能用gpiote port中断来采集数据。帮忙解答如何解决这个问题
