modify ble_app_uart example。 I change the #define to another value： But whether lightblue or nRF connect，It only change the advertisement's UUID.The Characteristic is not change. In function ble_nus_init() in ble_nus.c，I find it already call sd_ble_gatts_characteristic_add() and sd_ble_gatts_service_add()，sd_ble_uuid_vs_add
