Which schematic? Can you give .. some details? Usually a red X in a schematic means no connection.

@jkwon: It turns out that I was mistaken, the red cross you're referring to, i.e. cross over a connection, means that one or more Electrical Rule check has been suppressed for said connection. You can…

If you're referring to the red x markings in our Reference Circuitry Schematics, see below, then as @RK correctly points out they mean N.C , i.e. No Connection.
