Connecting Jlink EDU-SWD mode to Nrf52832

wqewqeqwe.PNGI want to program the nrf52 chip using J link Edu -SWD mode. I actually connected the SWDCLK, SDI, and Vtref and GND of Jlink EDU programer to SWDCLK,SDI,3.3V& GND of nrf52 in my Self designed development board.

The segger programmer is detected but the nrf52 chip is not detected. it Shows an error " dll not identified". I am using keil and nrfStudio as programming Software.

I am still not sure if the dll file is corrupt becuase i have dowloaded latest Version of Jlink Software and nrfgoStudio.

Please guide me to find a solution.

ERROR: Low voltage detected at the target. Please make sure the device is

    ERROR: properly supplied.

this is what i get as result but tats not right because my VTref from Jlink side Shows 3,3 V and moreover the the Nordic chip ( answer to Petter Q:- it's on Custom Board) is powered by internal PCB's Power not from the JLINK's power.
