Problem in compiling code

Hello, I am using nrf51 and sdk11. I have one code and I am trying ti build hex or bin file for this code. Now the code size exceeds and so I am trying to build using makefile. When I entered the path and wrote make it gives me error as cmderror.PNG

Help me to solve this.

do you have 'rm' on your system and in the path? What happens if you just type 'rm'? If it's not found, you need to install tools.
