nrfprog error code 8

Dear Sir,

I merget (Software Device) + (DFU bootloader) + (Application firmware) into PE280_WS.hex And use the script <<nrfjprog.exe --program PE280_WS.hex>>

it reported the below error, but I already used this script to program flash successful before. Why do some nRF51822 report the error? And what is recommend that procedure to program flash?

I got this issue due to insufficient/imperfect grounding recently. Power is expected to be delivered to the board/IC independently of the JTAG circuitry. It turns out that grounding through the JTAG/Segger device is sufficient to erase the chip... but not to program.
