BLE sniffer crashes after I click on the executable after 3 secs.

After I click on the executable the command line keeps going for 3 mins and then crashes.

any detail on what it means "crashes"? What you were doing before? What is visible in command line interface before/after the crash? Or do you mean that Wireshark running on top of BLE Sniffer exe "crashes"?
