Set IRAM1 outside of Keil

I am facing the same issue regarding to this post "Custom Service Issue - devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../".

At least i could figure out the IRAM1 start and size as explained there. But as the download link for the Keil IDE is broken at the moment I can't set the IRAM1 parameters.

Is there another way to set it?

I think i got it now. Debugging got me at least the same start-address as mentioned in the second tutorial and i can at least enable the softdevice. Before the application crashed at this point...
