Is it possible to divert bluetooth signals?

I am developing a project with NRF51822 and i want to block signals in one direction. Is it possible ? And if it is possible, how can i do this ?

Yes, i power it externally. Thank you so much i will try your advice. Do you have an idea about one direction blocking ?
